A Note from Our Founder
Our future will be written largely by the innovators who succeed at executing their vision. While governments, large enterprises, and civil society are traditionally the key stakeholders shaping our future, it’s entrepreneurs and technologists who provide the catalysts for progress. This is why I have spent the better part of my career helping founders and executives to structure, communicate, and execute their vision.
Bringing a new product or service to market is no simple feat. The complexities involved—from product development and customer acquisition to team management and corporate governance—are significant and constantly in flux. Implementing real change requires balancing long-term vision with the day-to-day realities of running a business while managing people with a range of talents, personalities, and motivations.
Throughout my career, I’ve provided my clients and partners a bridge to this balance. As a corporate lawyer at two major firms, I worked with private and public companies on complex transactions, corporate governance, and compliance. As co-founder of a boutique law and strategy firm focused on the start-up ecosystem, I’ve offered entrepreneurs more practical and cost-effective solutions than those traditionally available in the legal industry. As an investor and advisor for accelerator programs in Silicon Valley, I’ve helped hundreds of startups pitch and launch new products. And as a professor of entrepreneurship and professional workshop leader, I’ve taught beginners and working professionals alike the fundamentals of building, scaling, and exiting a startup.
What excites me most about working in tech is helping leaders manifest change by making decisions that are informed as much by technical, social, and financial realities as they are by the law. If you’re building something you believe can change the world, I would love to connect and discuss how I may help you execute your vision.
